This post comes to us from Megan Wheeler, a colleague here before moving on to New York's famous Strand and thence into publishing. In fact Megan herself came to us by way of another former Strand employee's recommendation. But enough about the benefits of commercial incest, so recently discredited in Romney's loss, and on to the post.

Somebody Does Read This Blog!

Largest green tea latte I've ever consumed. I should've had the mental wherewithal to take the deliverer's picture along with the giant present, but I was frozen in grateful shock (see photo). We indulged in mutual commiseration over our dear Jim's hiatus, and the likelihood of him riding off into the sunset with a buxom rockette, never to return to the Ravenswood bosom of books. Sniffle.
Mais ce'st la vie! Green tea lattes heal all wounds!
